Boston Cocktail Fundraiser

This special event hosted over 150 guests and raised over $100,000 for a worthy cause. We managed the entire event from conception through marketing and execution.

Highlights:

  • This first time event for the non-profit was conceptualized by One Source Event Management as a potential new revenue stream for them. The client entrusted our team to design, market, and plan the event.
  • The fundraiser was held in a new city for the non-profit, relying on completely new potential supporters for attendance and success. 
  • The event raised over $100,000 for the organization.
  • Since its inception this event has been replicated in 4 cities across the country with great success.

Pro Board Annual Accreditation Conference

Highlights:

  • 125 fire service training professionals from every state in the US and throughout Canada plus Saudi Arabia, Korea, and Guam
  • Increased participation in event from 80% to 97% attendance

Responsible for all aspects of this annual training conference including:

  • Site selection and negotiation of venue
  • Promotion of event to invited attendees
  • Recruiting/management of vendors for trade show section
  • Coordination with speakers and workshop facilitators
  • Online registration management
  • Management of hotel and air travel reservations with subcontractors for each 
  • Sourcing and management of subcontractors such as audio visual, hotel, photography, catering and transportation
  • On site logistics and details
  • Follow-up through real time online surveys after each session

Kelly Brush Century Ride

Highlights

  • Voted “Best Century Ride” by Black Diamond Sports and Vermont Sports Magazine
  • Doubled participation in this charitable cycling event and tripled donations in three years.  
  • 750 cyclists, over 100 volunteers
  • The largest charity cycling event in Vermont

Responsible for all aspects of the event including:

  • Recruiting/managing sponsors
  • Recruiting/managing volunteers
  • Branding event
  • Marketing/promotion of event:  social media, posters, advertising, direct mail
  • Managing all vendors including food, sanitation, water delivery, vehicle support, venues for start/finish and 5 water stops
  • Sourcing and managing swag and logo-wear products for sale at event
  • Marketing campaign for fundraising
  • Database/software management
  • Logistics of ride including course support for 25 paraplegics and quadriplegics on handcycles.
